To ensure safety we require all new members enroll in this course.
Over the course of 3 x 30 - 40min classes you will train with a personal coach to introduce you to the foundations of CrossFit.
2 TIMES A WEEK
Full access to use of our Open Gym and all Classes with instructors up to two days a week.
3 TIMES A WEEK
Full access to use of our Open Gym and all Classes with instructors up to three days a week.
Unlimited access to Open Gym and all Classes with instructors. Premium members also have access to a goal setting session every 3 months with a coach.
Offer valid for High school and University students only.
Must present valid student card.
